What are the pain points
Without a large main transformer, customers will face severe operational bottlenecks: they will be unable to step down voltage efficiently from the high-voltage transmission grid, resulting in significant power line losses, dangerous voltage instability during peak load periods, and soaring infrastructure costs—as they are forced to deploy multiple smaller, inefficient transformer units just to keep their facilities running.
pain point resolution
This large main power transformer can accurately address the following core pain points faced by customers in large-scale power projects or high-power supply scenarios:
1.Addressing the pain point of "excessive long-distance line loss and pipeline setting issues".
2.Addressing the pain point of "capacity structure issues and circuit breaker tripping during peak electricity consumption periods".
3.Addressing the pain point of "inability to efficiently interconnect power grids with multiple voltage levels".
4.Addressing the pain point of voltage instability caused by sudden changes.
5.Addressing the pain point of "high infrastructure budget and high overall costs".
Application Scenarios
This industrial transformer features three independent terminals. The high-voltage side receives power from the 158 kV high-voltage transmission grid. The medium-voltage side steps down the voltage to 38.5 kV, typically used for regional low-voltage networks or industrial power supply to large facilities. The low-voltage side further reduces the voltage to 27.5 kV, commonly employed for specific industrial heavy-duty loads, mining area power distribution, or specific rail transit systems.

Customer reviews
1.This oil-immersed transformer is applied in the power distribution system of our tea processing factory located in the mountainous area. It boasts excellent heat dissipation performance, maintaining stable temperature rise even under long-term full-load operation, and produces minimal noise. Compared to ordinary dry-type transformers, it performs more reliably in humid and foggy environments, with maintenance intervals extended by more than double.

2.We have utilized this oil-immersed transformer in our small-scale irrigation project in Kenya. It has withstood the test of high temperatures and frequent thunderstorms in the local area, demonstrating strong overload capacity and stable voltage output. Since its installation, it has not experienced any malfunctions, significantly reducing our maintenance costs.

3.This oil-immersed transformer is used as the power supply node for our drinking water system on our ranch in Argentina. Its fully sealed structure effectively prevents dust and moisture from entering, making it suitable for unattended outdoor environments. Compared to similar products, it has more precise oil temperature control and maintains high efficiency even after two years of continuous operation.

4.In the Philippine community agricultural electrification project, this oil-immersed transformer has demonstrated excellent performance. It has strong short-circuit withstand capability and is well-suited to the harsh conditions of rural power grids with significant voltage fluctuations. Compared to other brands, it has lower losses at the same capacity, saving farmers considerable electricity expenses.

5.We purchased this oil-immersed transformer for the oasis agricultural region in Morocco. It successfully coped with the challenges of large diurnal temperature differences and wind and sand erosion, and the aging rate of insulating oil was significantly slower than expected. The overall structure is sturdy, and after installation, there is almost no need for on-site debugging, which has been well recognized by the local power department.

faq
1. Applicable places
--Suitable for indoor environments with high requirements for safety and noise control, such as hospitals, schools, shopping malls, etc.
2. Warranty period
--Standard warranty is 24 months, calculated from the date of shipment. Extended warranty is also available upon customer request.
3. Required installation clearance
--Refer to the outline drawing for transformer dimensions. Suitable for power stations or industrial sites with limited space. A minimum clearance of 600 mm around the unit is recommended for heat dissipation and maintenance access.
4. Altitude and temperature limitations
--Standard: –5°C to +40°C.
5. Cooling and temperature rise control
--Adopts ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural) cooling method, no external fan required. Winding temperature rise ≤65°C, oil temperature rise ≤55°C, suitable for high-temperature environments up to 40°C. In actual operation, the secondary side temperature is controlled within 104.6°C.
6. Transport and storage
--Transport: Use enclosed vehicles to avoid rain and severe vibration. The product is fixed on a base and wrapped with protective materials before shipment.
--Storage: Keep in a well-ventilated, rain-protected area free from corrosive gases. Do not store outdoors.
